After serving in the U.S. Air Force as a medic, Allen worked his way through college and graduated Summa Cum Laude (4.0) with a degree in Business Management with Information Systems. He then spent 25 years at IBM leading global teams and served as the Program Director of the IBM Academy of Technology.
